First Mover, LLC DBA Friendly Loans ("Friendly Loans," "we," "us," or "our") is a consumer matching service that connects consumers with independent providers. We are not a lender. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

This Policy applies to personal information we collect online via our websites, forms, emails, SMS programs, and other services that link to it.

Retention

We also use form certification and session recording technology, operated by our vendors, on the pages where you complete our forms.
